We created Swellish to raise awareness to stop ocean pollution and revive marine life. Approximately 1.4 billion pounds of trash per year enters into our oceans. Our oceans provide sources of food, water, beauty, inspiration and recreation. Oceans and marine life are being destroyed by pollution. 100 million marine animals are killed due to plastic debris in the ocean each year. Trash and waste dumped into the ocean thousands of miles away from land still washes up and contaminates our beaches and coastlines.
